Quickbase Setup Steps

In order to integrate CLOUDWORK|PRO with you Quickbase app, we’ll need the following app information.

User Token

A valid user token that has the appropriate permissions for the integration to get, create, and update records in your app tables. It’s best practice to use a service account to create this token.

Host Name

The host name for your Quickbase app. It can be found in the URL for your Quickbase account.

Example: https://quickbaseaccountname.quickbase.com

User Agent

This is entered by the person or utility invoking the API. You might custom create this or use the default one of your toolkit. Being descriptive here may offer more identification and troubleshooting capabilities.

Example: CLOUDWORK|PRO App

Enabling the Integration

Once you have setup the required user token in Quickbase, you can enable the integration in CLOUDWORK|PRO.
Visit the Integrations tab in the company section and click on Quickbase.
Enter your User Token, Host Name, and User Agent.
Click save.

You’re all set! Data will now seamlessly flow between CLOUDWORK|PRO and Quickbase.
